Place yourselves at ~500 meters from the enemy nascar (or when you suppose the enemy nascar will pass by) and wait for it. For those that don't know whetever to focus on pure vomit laser builds, but in the end they end up pushing for some reason (or want to be able to defend themselves against brawlers.

The main focus of this build is ranged fighting ~400 meters, where you can exploit ERML and LL range plus ECM protection for safer pokes (~55% cooling efficiency when firing lasers only). If someone get close enough to you (or you need to push), you can fire those SRM10 volleys all in once or chain fire them for maximum disruption. Just be mindful that you can almost permafire them, but they are still worth 2.5 SRM4, so don't even think about pushing pure fresh brawlers.

I was trying to achieve a 3xSRM6 + 3xLPL build, but I wasn't able to achieve it without a lot of compromises... So I ended up with 3xSRM4 + 3xLPL: it's less heat efficient, but in case you are gonna engage at range most of the times (you are still a fat and slow 75 tonner with a maximum speed of 64 km/h) LPLs will be your primary weapons for dealing damage, while SRMs will be dead weight...

I consistently do between 500-800 damage per match. The LPLs deceive the enemy into rushing you, then they get pounded with the MRMs and don't know what to do.
What I really love about this build is that it works with every single map. This is the best "jack of all trades" mech I've got. The weights didn't come out exactly right in mechlabs but you get the basic point.
I hope I won't trigger anyone with this build's name, because it is inspired by "Bastard swords", or a "hand and a half sword", because it is a mix between laser meta and LRMs and should actually work very well within the 300-500 meters range, combining multiple equipments and weaponry.

Theory crafted build for the LRM LoS patch build to fully exploit new LRM lower trajectory when a contact is in LoS.

Gameplay should be pretty straightforward: backup your friendlies by flanking the enemy team or anticipating enemy nascar in a safe spot, poke over 300 meters to avoid being locked but below 500 to maximize LL damage, always alpha strike on target for maximum damage.

Thanks to LoS (lower trajectory and consequently better spread) and Artemis (LoS means it will trigger spread reduction) you will achieve the best spread possible on any LRM boat (LRM15 and 20 have...

Basically, an unquirked MRM Zeus with ECM.

Fun fact: compared to 2xMRM30 (which you can't fit here), you are trading +1 ton for -1 heat generated per alpha strike (better than a single DHS if we consider the 0.15 heat/s dissipation of a single DHS and the ~4.5 seconds cooldown), slightly better spread and -1 slots occupied... A very good trade.

Use your ECM to flank and get close, then enjoy the little spread of MRMs upclose... Remember: this build is intended to deliver damage up close, do not poke repeatedly at range because you will spread the damage too much. ML are there to add some pinpoint at range, do not rely too much on them when brawling.

EDIT: after playing some games, it's actually hotter than expected, even when firing only the MRMs...
With that in mind, this is the proposed skill tree
