Oh boy The right side with 2xSNPPC is expendable: ALWAYS shield with that side between shots, because if you lose the other side, you won't be able to use them due to your crippled heat management and lack of DHS. Get EVERY heatgen you can. If you can't kill an opponent with 2 alfa strikes, you will have to rely on coolshots or completely avoid to shoot again your SNPPCs.
