As of September 17th, 2013 ("Launch Day") there were a couple of changes to the UAC5 making it not quite so over powered.
Change #1: Increased the cool down time on the UAC5 to 1.5 seconds (same as AC5)
Change #2: Increased the jam chance to 20%...
