    High alpha - will need heat skills to avoid internal damage on most maps.



    Less alpha, but more range and lower heat per alpha.



    If you can get by without ECM, you can use the Prime and gain an extra ton of heat sink, ammo or armor
    and pick up -5% Heavy Laser Heat Gen.

    Slightly less alpha, but the tonnage and DPS gained from switching GR to cAC10 is significant for more cooling and more armor (can also do LBX10 for crits).
