This is my first iteration for the ECM Splat-Griffin. I kept all the upgrades for now and wanted to see how far I could go by just switching weapons around while keeping all of the other original equipment. Next up will be builds incporporating Artemis-IV, XL engines and big energy weapons (2x ERPPC lingering at the horizon for example). The quirks including the lower missile spread made me curious if +A was really needed asap. Biggest advantages of this build are the very high alpha on a nearly unchanged mech, thus being very friendly to newish players' budgets as well. You can swap one ton of SRM ammo for an additional DHS as ghost heat will trigger on the mixed launchers as well when alpha'ing. My weapon groupings: 1: 2x MLas 2: all SRMs (grouped) 3: all SRMs (chained) Oh, and in addition to all this the build simply works! I only had 4 ot if 8 basic skills unlocked when this game happened:
Civil War update on this version: More speed, improved cooling. You probably want to skill into at least one missile ammo node here.
