This is designed to aid the LRMageddon 2.0 meta. It is basically made to jump in, NARC, then jump out and watch the sky darken.
This would be better on the K, since you get an extra module slot, and only have one missile hardpoint.
As mentioned earlier, get a K. And even then, you should consider dropping some jumpjets and get a faster engine like the xl295 or drop .5 t of armor and you can get an xl300 with 2jj
