I was going to post my own thread for this, but this is close enough to yours that it fits here. My build has a little bit less heat and more ammo, including more AMS ammo. The design is to beat the enemy with a similar build (AMS, LRMs, and Lasers) by chewing through their LRMs with AMS, having a bigger alpha, and when all else fails using your LLs because most LRM boats use mediums as backup.
One thing to consider is that if you're not using ballistics, even a 3E-3M build would be better on the 0000, because that mech has more energy quirks.
While I am not a fan of LRM crabs, I would say that 0000 is a reasonable platform for Missile+Energy, something 3M DEFINITELY cannot do. That said, I prefer those missile slot to be filled with at least SRM4 if not SRM6+A.
