Chain fire those SRM6! The two MLas are for backup. This should tweak enough Havoc. Remember to either chain-fire, of fire them in combo of 3-2, to cut down on heat. Not the fastest. But I think this will be fun! Will switch to this after I finish having fun with my streak variant.
this thing has a FP rating of 70. That Alpha strike! it is too bad that the missiles spread, otherwise you could easily take out a CT on nearly any mech.
KTO-18 What about this...? Dropped them down to SRM4s but added Artemis to tighten the grouping so it should do the same amount of damage to one location with less splash... this helps with the heat and keeps the recycle time for the MLs the same... dropped the AMS and added another ton of ammo & 1/2 ton of armor but thats more a personal preference that you should be fast enough to get to cover or simply charge underneath LRMs... Run it with 3 triggers... 1. Alpha 2. Arms (2 ML & 2 SRMs) 3. Torso (3 SRMs)
Well, I have tried the SRM4 setup. It seems that SRM4 is quite tight in terms of grouping so you don't really need the +A on it. That means if you are running SRM4 you have some tonnage saved.
Could use more ammo I think, Aylek's Version looks nice, I've personally dropepd down to 4s because non-A SRM6s usually have too much spread for me.
Something to make those Stormcrows taste of their own poison - Inner Sphere will prevail! -, that certainly makes me want to buy a KTO-18. (I'm not exactly sure if I sold it or if it's lost so deep in my garage I forgot about it)
The faster you are the more you're able to control your distance to your target. Shoot those non-A SRM6s from 200m or while facehugging and enjoy the high ratio of missiles hitting.
5/5, One of the main reasons I stayed on top of the KTO leaderboard during the Oct 24th-Oct 26th 2014 tournament most of the time.
I ran a build with DH Endo steel 3x srm6 and a erppc. I fogot the engine size but i was running in the 90s the er ppc was annoying at long range for pplnand the shear damage from the srm was great in short range
