Casual MAD-4L "Rangefinder" (4xUAC2, 2xLL, ECM, LE300)

It should put out a fair bit of double tapping supplemented by the LLs.

 

I think that describes every 4L build, no?

 

Provided you have the heat; otherwise regular AMS and ammo would work too. Or if you don't want to be LRM safe, grab more engine and/or armor on any 4L build to go to Alpha.

 

Given the Jam Chance Quirks, This might work better on the Alpha in the Rangefinder II.
