Very simple skirmisher: use your good range (+10% range), ECM, superior speed and Jump Jets to flank or backstab enemies until they either shoot you back or start to chase you, in that case run away to disperse the enemy team. Due to the fact this build has -10% cooldown, this build is hotter than it looks, especially if you are frequently using your Jump Jets. Due to recent DHS buff, the previous recommended 12th DHS is no more required ALT: previous iteration with +1 DHS. You can also replace that additional DHS with a TC1
UPDATE: due to recent DHS buff, the previous "alt" with 3xJJ is now the recommended and overall most reliable build due to greater maneuverability.
