When I bought my 3rd WHK I was out of c-bills and had to use what was left in my garage to outfit it. This is what I came up with and what can I say - I'm very pleased with the results... You can start dealing damage when the enemy is still out of sight for you, add the LLs as soon as you can spot him and and when hes closer your UACc10 joins in. So it excels at midrange but even in a brawl when you stop using your LRMs it can succeed, since the Cool. Eff. climbs to 61%. The quirks are helping a lot (LRM speed/spread+, UAC jam chance -, projectile speed +) - I dont miss artemis. My best result so far: No double basics, no arty, warhorn: pressure chamber
