Stealth Armour and 2 ER PPCs for sniping. I figure since you will be mostly exposing half the mech anyway that an XL is no problem, plus you get a bit of speed for positioning.

New Stealth Armour cooldown buff allows you to shoot , dissengage steatlh and reposition whilst you cool off.

ERic has been allot of fun today, go wide flank and snipe for the first part of the game. Today i harrased a King Crab, i didnt kill it but stopped him engaging the front line, by tapping him in the back. I went for double arty on the skill tree too.
Once you get to the mid game close a little so you can keep applying pressure. Eng game i usually rely on the Pulse lasers for cleaning up.

@Renegademaster , I see you posted some stealth WHM builds. Seeing as it has been a while now, how do you think these builds do? Stealth and Warhammer don't seem to go together. Thanks.

From my experience stealth armor is worth it only on fast light brawlers. The biggest pro of stealth armor is being undetectable by UAVs, while all others stealth pros (undetectable by thermal vision, can't be targeted at all) are not worth it if we consider the huge disadvantage of crippled heat dissipation when stealth armor is active, especially at range: above 300 meters, a fully skilled ECM is enough to prevent any enemy targeting / lock and if you get hit by a PPC / NARC, it will disable your ECM as well as your stealth. Crippled heat dissipation is not as bad as it used to be, but it's still bad.

Those are the main reasons why IMHO stealth armor is useless in most long range builds, with very few troll exceptions like the dual gauss thanatos. In case you are wondering why, dual gauss stealth thanatos arguably works because is slow, generates no heat while shooting and gausses projectiles are harder to track / see where those shots came from, so it can stay hidden for a long time.

A dual ERPPC sniper build? Not worth it: as soon as you fire your PPCs it will be clear where you are shooting from and ECM will protect you just like stealth armor above those 300 meters and over enemy UAV range.

Also, this build will work better with a LE: if you lose either side, you have such a tremendous heat dissipation that you can still sustain at least one weapon group, either ERPPC only or MPLs only. I also recommend HPPC over ERPPCs because HPPC deals more damage and achieve very similar damages at ERPPC optimal range (10% range quirk not included) and MPLs are wasted tonnage at ERPPC optimal rabge, while they can prove usefull if someone closes the shorter gap between HPPC optimal range and MPLs.

    HPPC damage: 15@540m / 10@720m / 0@1080m
    ERPPC damage: 10@810m / 0@1620m
