Be careful not to fire all the mediums together. You will get additional ghost heat (penalty on top of normal heat) for six lasers from the Clan Small/Medium Laser Group.

 

But is it a good build?

 

In my opinion - no.

I have never observed this build in tier 1 play or other sites that promote more meta/competitive builds. (https://grimmechs.isengrim.org/)

That being said, maybe it will work for you.
I would recommend the following changes, but I do not think you will find 1xLRM20 to be effective. Currently the game makes LRMs and missiles that require locks hard to play. If you have more than one LRM, you really need to take a TAG and AP/ECM. Targeting computers do not help with locks.
