Extreme Sniper with 20 (!) DHS for fast Cooldown and largest STD Engine for highest possible Speed. Jump over Ridges and Alpha away, then wait for Cooldown behind cover.

    Alternative with one more JJ:

I just started running a similar build on my 733P.

I like running a lot cooler so I opted for LL, and PPC instead of the ER versions, (although I may opt up to ERLL once I unlock all Elite efficiencies). Just had a 3 kill, 5 assist 700+ damage game in it. So far this is my favorite build for this variant. 4/5 for concept.

I still don't like people running weapons on one side of their assault mechs. They can get taken out way too easily. Just run some streaks, just to keep the FP going. 1-5 stars.

I hear ya. But it also depends on what kind of MWO player you are. Generally I'm pugging. So it's damn rare that I'll run into a sniper like Soy (never played with or against him just heard a lot about him on this board). And having one whole side of my mech be a shield is not a bad thing. I've found that I can torso twist and soak up a LOT of damage with the left side of this mech. Would I be happier if there were a couple CT energy slots for some ML? Yes. But current meta being what it is I kinda hate SRMs and would rather have the additional concentrated damage, heat eff, damage soaking and JJ capability that stripping the SRMs gives me. To each their own. :)
