Take the Leg armour down to 42 and the Arms to 51 then you can fit 2 more tons of ammo. Otherwise great build with excellent pinpoint damage and decent range and speed.
Nice build, although endo isn't being used! Here's my tweaked version: AS7-RS You lose a heatsink, and a little crit padding, but you gain 4.5kph! A worthwhile trade imo.
It depends on how you want to play the atlas. Either you drop the PPC's on the right arm and use the left side as your shield OR you place the PPC's on your left arm. Personally, when I'm building assaults with ac/20's and ppc's, when possible, I put the PPC's and DHS on one side and the AC/20 on the other side. I like this build a lot, I did the same asymmetrical thing with my stalker. I like how you built it as well, if I find I use the PPC more I can sub out ammo for DHS.
