The JM and the Cat have similar hardpoints, so anything that works on a CPLT-K2 could work on a JM6-S or JM6-DD. Also any build you can work on a CPLT-C4 and some from the CPLT-C1 you can use in an JM6-A. The JM can actually do some things the Cat can't. (Dual AC/20 + XL, Dual Gauss + XL without being horribly vulnerable)
Well, the only plus side for catapult C series now are the jumpjets really. Even one jj will help you hop out of the waters in rivercity, and things like that. I prefer jagermech for the most part. That and the 'pult have small side torso, which can work both ways. Now that jagermech is out the catapult K2 is pretty much outdated. CPLT-A1 are a whole different story though.
I got both Cat A1 and C1 as well as JM6-A and JM6-S in my mechbays (all of them mastered) and am strongly considering freeing up a bay by selling the C1. Anyone got an advise on this?
