Enough mini-dakka for your need, but still packed with the good old MG and MPLas for close range. Yes it is a modified build from other variants (BJ-1 version have more MLas). Oh, you don't have to take out FF for once.
This is the build I was thinking of putting in it.... I really didn't want to have to strip the ferro.
Another build I somehow managed to put up myself before I saw it here. It's almost identical to the 2nd one Blagg posted avobe, with 3 MLAS, but I changed the 1/2 MG ammo for an extra jumpjet. Sometimes that extra oomph is really important, at least for me. This is the first mech I give a serious try to the AC2 in. I know the AC2 is a very unfavored weapon right now, and that's why I didn't try it out before. And man, I regret not doing so. I know, it's not that heat efficient, I know, it's alpha sucks...but that bullet velocity is insane, the rate of fire is phenomenal, is super accurate, has great range and the DPS is great. I just love how much bigger mechs react to being subjected to this twin demons' attention and love: they all go running for cover ASAP and most times they don't even shoot back (and if they do, it's quite unnacurate as they'll be shaking a bit because of the hits). That'll teach me that maybe everything I read in the forums isn't to be taken as gospel...this weapon a lot of ppl might hate but I'm loving it...
