I'm looking hard at the pirate's bane for my PUG-life solo drops. Feels like I can just go do whatever and team can win or lose but atleast I can fart around and zap everyone.
Which has the added benefit that oftentimes the other team will let you win. ... ... Please don't hurt me.
If you've done well with Spiders, you should feel right at home with Ember. You'll need an XL295 for it, but it's basically the SDR-5K's bigger brother. Easily one of my favorite mechs for speed, hardpoints, JJs, and all out performance.
Heroes = Must haves? I'd say not Must haves but Nice2Haves: CN9-YLW - BFG Arm and CT Energy-HPs for Zombiemode CTF-IM - Triple Ballistics for Chainsaw Builds DRG-FLAME - Sidetorso Ballistic-HP for BFG COM-TDK - 4x Energy-HPs HGN-HM - Heavy Metal Warhorn STK-M - Sidetorso Ballistic-HP for BFG JM6-FB - Arms Energy-HP for Dual PPC Sniping AS7-BH -6x Arms Energy-HPs (MPLas Boating) CPLT-J - 6x Energy-HPs FS9-E - 4x Ballistic-HPs for Quad MGs TBT-LG - 4x Missiles-HPs for nasty SRM Builds QKD-IV4 - Arms Ballistic-HPs (but Engine Cap!) BJ-A - 6x Ballistic-HPs SDR-A - Missile-HP for Narc BLR-1GHE - Heat Efficiency Quirk! GR-S - Energy Boat I have bought some Heroes because of their unique Hardpoints for unique Weaponbuilds and their unique Skin. But they are Fortunately not OP, so N2H. On a sidenote: some of the Hero-Quirks are not matching the best builds, e.g. Ilya Muromets. Just check up the quirks and keep that in mind before buying.
