Optimized to make full use of the 5S quirks and ghost heat change for Large Lasers. High Mounted energy hardpoints work very well with the triple Large Lasers. SRM6+A add a solid punch within brawling distance. This min/maxed Tsundere pretends to dislike brawling by staying at range and taking advantage of its energy quirks and hardpoints. But when you get right down to it, it's still a very effective brawler who isn't afraid to slug it out. It's not like it wanted to brawl or anything... b.baka...

I like the build. It's similar to mine as I simply have to switch my 2x LRM10+A for the SRMs and the XL for a STD. The LRM version is particularly sweet for CW, though, but your SRM version packs hell of a punch when it's getting close and personal. Will give it a go this weekend for sure.
5/5, This is a lot of fun and very effective. I was looking for a good build that emphasized the quirks and this fit the bill!
If I had to change something, I think more often then not 4T are too much for the build with 2x SRM6 and the great range of the LLs, so I'd speed it up: I tried it, but for me it's too hot, the LL quirks seems a bit underused with only 12DHS, as you can reach heat cap quite easily with 20. The XL version would be ok cooling-wise for me...but it's an XL on a TDR, not the best idea.
This is how I run it. It's slower than I'd like, but the heat efficiency is great once you get in a brawl.
