Them missile shoulders are strange. I can not really decide if they are part of the arm or side torsos.

 

Going by the hardpoints, I think they're part of the arms.

Also, anyone who preordered before the deadline extension gets a free Polygon camo unlock for all non-special Wave 3 mechs, even if you upgrade later, according to customer service.

If you look on the mwomercs.com/wave3 - the missile hardpoints are indeed in the arms. If the ST came out that far, it would be a suicide mech!!!
