Well, sounds attractive... EXCEPT that I would only join if I can paint my urbie purple.

I REFUSE to play in stock color, though I can accept stock build urbies if everyone is using it.

 

I'm pretty sure you can paint your Urbie the way you like. And purple is the way to do it.
Just don't modify the build.

Quirks.

 

Now this is interesting. Does this mean that Ballistic Cooldown quirks don't apply to Machine Guns?

All in all, the quirks look a little underwhelming considering the chassis as a whole seems that it will be fairly underpowered compared to the 35 tonners. An AC20 cooldown quirk on the UM-R60L similar to the HBK-4G would have been nice, though I guess 15% on the UM-R63 is okay.
