Hi... so just after I posted my "War Ham" I had a second look at it and my brain woke up and asked me "hey, do you know what weighs exactly the same as those AC10s ?" So I put 2 light gauss in there and had a match on frozen city and yes, this thing as stupidly fun as it is evil. As long as people are far away from you.
I think the XL is a dangerous choice. This is a little slower, but by adding LFF as well, you have more armor and the safety of an LE.
A LE280 was the original plan but as it turned out the warhammer spreads damage quite nicely. So I kept those 3.4 million c-bills to myself. EDIT: In fact I upgraded the XL instead of downgrading to a LE since this doesn't need the TC. Gauss ammo doesn't explode, so there is no reason not to use it as extra padding in the side torsos. There's room for light FF too.
I've been running 2LBX10 6ML, Now I want to rip the LGR out of my Firebrand and put them in here. Have a STD engine lying in wait to avoid spending too much c-bills. I find and XL to be a little too risky with high explosive armaments in my sides!
