Midranged build taking advantage of the missile cooldown, velocity and heat quirks.

Alt: ML's instead of ERML's

Edit: I'm still playing around with the build but you could also drop 1 DHS for an additional jump jet if you wanted more vertical mobility.

 

The MRM synch perfectly with the lasers with the 15% missile cool down quirk.

 

Made my own alt based on this: 1 HS less, slightly slower, more armor and added AMS.
