I thought this was posted already, but only with an LBX10 and unnecessarily large XL400 limiting the ammo.
With MASC you still have plenty of speed at an XL375, and 6.5 more tons to work with.
Feel free to change the LBX with an AC20 of choice, though the UAC20 is a bit hot and the AC20 has a longer CD. the LBX does nicely at critting open components from your SRMs/LPLs. Artemis is possible, but it removes some direly needed heat efficiency and ammo, or MASC.

 

Already did something like that, albeit with a Gauss Rifle instead of the 20. Dual LPL + Gauss for long / mid range, 4x6 for short range finishing power.

 

The Artemis is a much bigger investment relatively per launcher for clan SRMs than for IS. Clans mount much more launchers in general, and 1t and 1s per launcher is a much bigger investment when the base weapon is only 1.5t and 1s by default. Additionally, the spread of clan SRMs even with Artemis stays kinda bad tbh. SRMs will never be great at focused damage unless you're point blank, so it's probably just better to invest the Artemis into DHS and speed to get pointblank and stay there as fast and long as you can imho. But feel free to make your own version
