With only 10 DHS, I think you'd be better off with regular MLs over ER. You're not going to do well at range anyway so the extra heat is probably not worth it
Maybe, although the legacy mechcard was just for illustration, and the updated mechlab shows 10+3 in the engine so 13, if that's enough for you. ER or not maybe up to preference
