As easy and questionable as it can looks: an unquirked long range light with kinda crappy hitboxes turned into a sniper thanks to the high mounted lasers. Use ERLL to soften up and annoy enemies, using your speed and JJs to flank or out maneuver approaching enemies (avoid enemy lights at any costs). LMGs are there for crits, not DPS: use them to finish off targets or to destroy internal components like weapons and ammo. 5'000 rounds for 1:23 seconds of fire or 6'000 rounds (with ammo skills) for 1:40 seconds of uninterrupted LMG fire. ALTs: this is the basic concept. You can swap JJ / ammo / tonnage /engine as you prefer, like remove 1xJJ and fit a way better cXL295 for enhanced speed, or maybe keep the same engine, remove half ton of ammo and fit a TC1 for improved beam range and crit chance (I'm not sure it will boost crit chance for LMGs too).
