We are here for the 40% cooldown, but the rest is quite nice. Careful with the extra velocity. PGI has not fixed the missile pathing and you will over shoot at 150 meters. You can dumb fire before you get a lock and you will have a good chance to connect on bigger or slower mechs. Kind of like a LBX10 with a slow weird arc.
