The difference between -20% and -40% jam chance is very noticeable.

 

Nice presentation of the quirk options. I'd go with either the 20% velocity or 40% jam chance option.

 

Totally agree. 32 dps (max cooldown) looks good before skills, but 40% jam chance feels a lot stronger in games.

If you are going for long range shooting, I could see the velocity option being very helpful. .

Try to avoid trading with alpha builds. The damage can be good, but it requires a lot of facetime.
