    This build primary depends on its triple AC 2, while using its ER heavy laser and LRMs are its support weapons. It's main weakness is its lousy at medium range and it gets even worst at close range It also have a very poor heat management making it a bad choice for beginner

    I wouldn't use the ER LL. They are backup for the AC2's once they run dry. Try this build for more heat disappation.

    It's a nice solid build trading off some range for heat control :) it's a pretty sound suggestion :)

    Is there much of a downside to shaving off a little here and there to get PPCs rather than LL?

    Like this for example?
