I adore the Hollander, and I'm sad they don't have it in this game yet. Fortunately, they have the RVN-4X, which is the next best thing
Great build, Cthulu Jr. I like to see a Hollander in the game one day. But until then this will have to do. I normally just go to Mech Specs to check out some good setups for my mechs. But after trying out a slightly modified version of your build... And having had much luck with it... And seeing that you have not got a single star for your build. I just had to register to give you that.
