If you want to use the AC2s might I suggest this build. The extra range from the ER Large Lasers is nice, but I find two AC2s doing 8 DPS is more than enough at that range. I also took most of the armor out of that left arm since there's nothing in there, and installed a AMS to help against those light mechs with streaks, as well as LRM fire. Then I upped the SRM burst to 12 w/ Artemis, with in combination with the Large Lasers and the JJ means this mech can maneuver to catch circling lights quite easily. Now having a lower heat efficiency suits my playstyle more, but if you want you can get rid of the Artemis or just downgrade one of the launchers to get that extra DHS. I have a lot of experience with this mech, and I can tell you it is the best damage dealer in the grand majority of games, even games where your team loses. After all the max DPS is higher than 3 UAC5's and there is no risk of jamming on these guns.
