CPLT-A1 "Lunatic" A "fun" build for Catapult pilots. Chain-fire of the 6 launchers at 0.5s intervals will peak the heat capacity at ~35%. A full linked-fire volley will peak at 88% heat capacity on this mech and deal a potential of 99 damage. Reminiscent of shumps arcade games where 1 hit = death.
See the LRM90 contest thread. Before the heat scalling penalty (when you were able to fire all missiles in one volley) it was sometime pretty deadly: (by the way, it's a "top of the flop" build)
Hasn't this build been done before? 1 star judgement due to the low armor, heat eff, no jets, low speed, no tag or bap.
28 salvoes of 70 tubes (potential dmg of 2156 in the match) instead of 12 of 90 (1188 dmg in match). And using every damn tube in the mech Basically changing the XL200 to XL255 And with the same engine, XL200, it even have something that u can call armour!!
if there only was no Ghostheat.. Try this here -> 3x LRM20 build with NO Ghostheat. And it doesnt have ridiculous low Armor and Speed.

You can't realistically use the alpha-strike, the heat penalty is massive (47.42 instead of 26, that's +82%) and the heat efficiency is pretty low even without it. I'd personally use 4 weapon groups: 1/ all launchers chained 2/ LRM15s linked 3 & 4/ LRM10s linked by two
