Trying to work out something for this midget as well, but no BAP = no target if there's any ECM about and you don't have a friend with it, so it's not for me in PUGs at least

Even with max armor a Locust is a death trap, so why not take armor off for pure speed and firepower. Make sure to run with light mechs that have a higher threat level (like Firestarters).
