OMG YOU HAVE GOT TO TRY THIS! SEEING THAT DUAL AC5 ROAMING RIGHT NEXT TO YOU IS PRICELESS! Runs like a faster, better hunchback, with streaks as extra close range weapon. Oh, there is a JJ for you to hop over edges too. So far it seems nice in the test run, may need more tweaking though. I was expacting quickdeath with XL, but seems like this guy survives better than the hunchback? or maybe it is just that people are not used to killing this yet? Oh this build cost me no cbills, weapons are reused, and I already have an XL280, though the XL275 that comes with the mech functions the same, only a bit slower. Oh, and this thing comes with DHS and ES also, so no cbills needed, try this first. Actually that is THE reason I am building this and playing with it in the first place, after toying with 2 of the Locusts.
I just purchased this mech today, and after a few minutes of tweaking came up with almost this exact build. The only difference being is the Ultra A/C 5-A/C 5 combo that I chose with 60 rounds per weapon. With it on my first match? 948 damage and 3 kills. So a well done on this build sir, I like it. So with that recommendation I will give you 5 stars.
I bought the 5M just today. I run this without the streaks in favour of an XL300 and 7 tons of AC5 ammo. I've had some epic matches in it (600-900+). I can only imagine what this will be like with basics efficiencies done.
