    As soon as I saw the 2D2, I knew I had to see if I could fit Crankwerk's old Vale the Avenger build into it. Looks like I managed to pull it off. This build is slightly hotter since it has one less DHS. However, it's faster, better armored, and jumps.

    The ERPPC hasn't reigned supreme in a long while, but I figured I could do tribute to a build that's been around for a year.

    Looks like a CN9-AL to me. Maybe you have misposted.

    Seems like an interesting idea though.

    As something with range, I do believe that it could probably do more with an XL Engine. What I personally do use is this;

    Although for such a build, I'd rather be using the 5M, since having the 2D2 and not using all 4 missile slots feels like a slight waste.

    Yeah, it's not exactly optional. Anytime you put only two weapons on a 'mech, you're going to forego much of the cool features of the 'mech.

    As has been said before, you're wasting a lot of potential hardpoints on the mech. Since this is a build that can be done on nearly every medium class, I have to say that since this has such low slung arms it is extremely suboptimal and the only merit are jumpjets (and trebuchets can do that better). if you run dual PPC mediums, get a cicada or Blackjack.
