So I've got my Nexus 5 and have been slowly customizing it with the apps and features that I want but I've been having difficulty deciding on an actual ringtone. What is everyone here using on their devices?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KUBC1fRM0gY I made this into my ring tone. don't judge me, it's funny.
For calls: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=eKRZFNpI6hg First line. It's Padruig Mor MacCrimmon's "Lament for the Children" written after 7 of his 8 sons died to a plague. For texts: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VTkAEVCX-Hc First 26 seconds (cutoff just before lyrics start). E-mails just get a basic beep, a ringtone would go off too much. For misc notifications: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RsvUHGqd1Cg I have some depressing music for ringtones. Hmm.
I'm thinking of having this as my Ring Tone Hahahahahahahahah http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6EfhAFA2yFE
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DelhLppPSxY This is my Ringtone. Best exemplifies me in my earlier days as Special forces Marine, and now as a Game Modeler!
Ringtone: Nightwish for known numbers and Scary Monsters & Nice Sprites for unknown numbers. Notification: James Hetfield saying "Ain't My Bitch!" and "GIT SNAKEBIT" by The Showdown Alarms: Theme from the Guy Ritchie Sherlock Holmes, NFL on Fox Theme and "Kill Everybody" by Skrillex
'Rooster' by Alice in Chains. Heard it on Terminator Salvation, bought the album the next day. I am thinking of changing my phone soon(ish), so any suggestions for new ring tones along similar lines would be greatly appreciated. Current ideas include 'Perry Mason' by Ozzy Osbourne, 'Boiler' by Limp Bizkit (yes, I did have a nu-metal phase) and 'Davidian' by Machine Head.
At the moment, Pacific Rim Themed http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5go1R3TZ4us Switched from an Evangelion theme with the Entry Plug noise as my notification. Also switched between one liners from the EVAbridged youtube series.
I, too, think that #Invalid YouTube Link# is an awesome song. Why, just this last week I was listening to #Invalid YouTube Link#! P.S. Put the http:// in for all youtube links. It won't work with https:// because embedding over ssl isn't supported, and leaving it out causes issues. The link you wanted: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UhQKol7PFzA
