I got the idea for this build when fiddling around in Smurfy with Cpt Chattahah's TDR-5S Shockwave, I felt sad that the missile hardpoints weren't being used in that build. I included Artemis because reading around it seems the TDR-5S is noticeably improved with it's addition. Swapping the two AC5's for one AC10 gave me extra tonnage, though it did noticeably decrease the DPS. But the real reason I wanted the AC10 instead is because it has the same optimal range as the LLas, which lets me divide this build into two different weapon categories. (LLas + AC10 one mouse 1, MLas + SRMs on mouse 2.) Smurfy says that group 1 has a cooling efficiency of 79% and group 2 has 57% with the reduced amount of heat sinks. (Had to remove 2 to fit SRM ammo in there.) So the idea is to use group 1 at medium ranges until enemies close and then use group 2, preferably only using an alpha strike if someone is foolish enough to give you a prime target that really deserves 49 points of damage up close. Looks promising! But 12 Heatsinks are not much for this weaponloadout. You need to keep a smart Weaponmanagement to not get OH too fast. Besides at high Heat level you need to draw back for cooling down. Maybe try lighter Weapons to get some more Heatsinks so to have more sustained DPS. First idea i got was this:
