I played with this a bit last night and feel pretty good about the 3 vollies of SRMs. I don't usually use small lasers, but for this build and the knife fighting I like to do it went pretty well (using small lasers gives me more DPS but lower overall damage than med lasers and I get to hold more SRM ammo). I don't have the official cooling number as I am posting this from work (don't worry Boss, I'm on my lunch break). Not sure that too many folks were interested in the X-5, but she is a fun gal to ride.
That is a pretty decent amount of firepower packed into a small frame!!!! I might have to try one of these bad boys out!

I run mine slightly different and love it. Amazingly, I was able to keep the stock engine in there. Didn't think it was possible until i saw it in the lab. If there's any interest I will post. -k
I'd love to see other ideas. I switched to a more boring build (4 ML and 2 SRM4s) which worked pretty well. I pulled the 330 and shoved it into my 3M since that puppy needs the extra speed and I keep spending my C-Bills on Mechs instead of infrastructure.
