Atlas had me at 33% before I dropped. EDIT: It should be noted this is a horrible ammo setup. Dropping a ton of ammo and throwing CASE on insures no wacky ammo dumps along with a bit of right side crit padding of sorts, and enables a full armor vehicle. I'm leaving the original build up there because hey- it pulled 1k.
