"Anything you can do, I can do better; I can do anything better than you!"

    Minus ECM :(

Use the right side as a shield. Use the Gauss and PPC at range. Switch to groups of MLas below 270m engagements, but keep that Gauss rifle firing until your torso inevitably gets ripped off. If the enemy Focus on the left torso (most good players will against the banshee now) then you will at least have the massive laser support from the right side. Really like the hardpoint distribution on this variant.

Lose some MLas and 1/2 ton of armor to run a CT LLas for Zombie goodness.

That second build is delicious :F a bit much ammo for a single gauss rifle though, and you should use the ammo as a critpadder since it doesn't explode :)

The LL can be upgraded to ERLL for pronounce the long range powah of this mech a bit more.

My first Interpretation on the Steiner Banshee. 2PPC and Gauss Rifle for distance punch. And 6 ML for no GH short Range firepower.

Maybe change one ML for a DH:

You have to consider the build's weapons and what you are firing and when. At range, you are only firing the 2 ERLLas with the Gauss Rifle.

Up close you can trade an ERLLas for the LPLas, or put the ERLLas on the back-burner completely only to be used when essential.

Fire groups would looks like this:
    1) 2 ERLLas + Gauss (hold down the trigger to fire the ERLLas while it charges the gauss, when the ERLLas beam is done, let go and the gauss will fire)
    2) Chain 2 ERLLas (can be timed with weapon group 3 for heat management)
    3) LPLas
    4) LPLas + MPLas
    5) Gauss
