Fast LRM30 + your own TAG is pretty okay, add in ERPPC to neutralise enemy ECM and deal pinpoint ranged and potential close-up damage. Fast missile launchers can also be used to control enemies with vision blocking. Stay outside of 500 m and you'll be okay.
Maybe you should move the heatsinks from the arms to the torsos. They will add more hitpoints to the torsos and you get to keep maximum coolingtill your death. Also one of the LRM missiles from the arms ytou could move it to the center torso since you already have one in there and it will be used before the arm one, thus diminishing the chance of an ammo explosion blowing up an arm or both. This way you only have one worry from the arm LRM ammo and not 2 worries from both arms having LRM ammo. Maybe you could loose that last LRM arm ammo and use it somewhere else like armor or CASE or whatever.
Thanks for the input. Moving the ammo is a good idea, I'll do that. Gives just a bit more protection until 4 tons are used (unless they open up your CT in the beginning of the match) I put DHS in the arms are to prevent missile launchers or ammo being crit when the arm is open and because it looks nice, though that's indeed probably outweighed by preventing crits to your XL. I do not agree with lowering ammo, I find that 1260 gets used often as small launchers are good for harassment. CASE does not work with XL engines as it only prevents damage from destroyed components, and a destroyed component = death. Armor is already high enough imo, though you might want to max out arms based on personal preference.
