Updated as per suggestions from MntRunner and Thiak Original build Because it can be done. Needs more ammo though.
If you need more ammo you could drop the armor on the right arm and move the large laser to the left torso. That way you could free up almost a ton of room for more ammo.
i was just about to say like MntRunner, 3 tons is low for uac20, and moving the LLas would give you the ability to have a shieldarm
By the way I give this a 5/5 rating. You can get some nice long distance shots with the dual LL. Then when you move in close, double tap the UAC20 and fire the LL to do 60+ damage and down the enemy mech in less than two seconds.
