Hang around the edges of the battle and play whack-a-mole. Creep around the left sides of buildings and cover, which allows you to get shots off with minimal exposure. Don't venture too far from the heavies/assaults, and opponents will pretty much ignore you.

Modules: Advanced Zoom and Target Info Gathering (once mastered, of course).

 

i tried a similar build and man is it tough to play. and boring.

 

Same goes for the mirror in the BlackJack, and that is way easier due to the position of the Blackjack's arms.

 

Dude! Your title says XL250! I am sure it is a mistake.
