yes i think this is very good alternativ to light scouts mech!speed is equal to any light mech and you have advantage in more internal structure points and armor so you can be called light hunter. im not realy sure but MWO dont calculate now team weight and for this is better use this heavier mech instead of commando or somthing... there is my alternative
hmmm, i have been using LRM a lot more lately so I changed your version around a bit and might have to give this a try in the morning you can remove artemis, I like to have it personally, and it will free up about a ton
