It's going to be really hard to not take the streak crow out tonight. It makes me sick to play such a bitch mech, but... so many tears.

I feel I have to keep the urbies stock so I can get in on the stock urbie durbie tomorrow night and no way I'm playing them stock tonight so... streak crow it is.

I've been having fun with them so far!

But it seems like any Urby builds with a large Ballistic weapon are fit only for giggleworthy lobby battles against other Urbies. =P

Lol, streak crows and streak dogs were fine-tuned well before urbies, Soy... We're just taking them out for a spin to show what a stupid fucking idea it was to put this mech in the game.

I mean, I've been staring at my screen for 30 minutes and these are the best I can come up with? Pathetic. I challenge anyone to actually get an ac20 urbie




I mean, I couldn't even build an ac20 mech to even use the quirk. This was as close as I could come and I sorta want to shoot more than 14 times and go faster than 74...


It's a joke mech that deserves to die painfully. And often. Forever.

Lemme explain it to you. Those of you who think it was a bad idea to put it in the game cuz it sucks, still are trying to win the game. The mech is for pros that already won, people who want to derp, casuals, TT enthusiasts, trolls, beautiful women, that guy from the Dos Equis commercial, etc. One day, maybe you too can reach the mountaintop and afford the luxury of playing something for fun, rather than playing something to win. Until then I pity you, but still cheer you on to win the game in your own way ASAP so you can join the fucking club of people who enjoy the game for what it is, a game.

So, besides 12 urbie on 12 urbie throwdowns in the street (which is why I gave them $20), what am I missing exactly? They don't belong in solo queue. EVER. Therefore, I don't feel bad teaching morons a lesson.

 

Ah, I see. It's for awesome players to fuck around in so it basically makes your team, who is already counting on your high Elo to give them a chance, to fight an uphill battle. Got it. Thanks for making it clear. (and by the way, I derp with the best of them because I don't give a shit about winning, ever, and would rather just be in a decently-fielded game, win or lose, not playing uphill fights because our mwo player overlords want to derp in solo.)

 

They don't belong in solo queue? So.... they belong in group queue? CW? Wat. Oh, private matches? NO. I can take whatever the fuck I want when I want where I want, cuz that's how Soy do. One day you'll get it.

Or, there are 23 kramers and one team draws the short end of the stick and gets the kid. I play shitty mechs 90% of the time. There is a difference between 'not good/not tier 1' and literally worthless. Which is what the Urbie is. If you want to fuck around with a light, take the 12JJ spider and have at it. Or, you know, take your poptart 3D and just put 2 spls and a mg in it instead and have fun. At least you'll soak some damage first.

I just took the stock R60L out and it was absolutely a hilarious blast. I got ganked by 4 guys, beautiful. 5 sec convergence to reticle.

 

Please define utterly worthless. These mechs have the same top speed as most Clan lights, and can load decent weaponry. I wouldn't recommend actually running an AC20 on one, but pack in an XL180 and whatever weapons you can jam in, and you're fine.
