MLX-B "Almost Stock" (3x cERSL, 2x cSRM6)

Thread in 'Myst Lynx Omni Builds' started by Remover of Obstacles, Nov 19, 2014.

  1. Minor tuning to the stock B to all short range and a bit more armor.

Updated build. I found the extra armor was more helpful.

    First game.

I was able to unlock half of my basics after the first game. :)

I like it. I'm a little leery at the speed, but I did used to run a RVN-4X before they upgraded the engine sizes. How do you pilot it? I am guessing you spend a lot of time in flight?

Your arms blow off too easily as it is and you have to max leg armor. Drop the dhs to max armor and you'll be in significantly better shape than a 3% gain in cooling efficiency.

Build would be 5 stars if you did so as it's the best use of hardpoints.

    5/5,
I main MLXs and this is one that never changes. TONS of fun and wonderful burst/damage.

    5/5,
So I forgot I had commented in this thread; this build has become my primary MLX loadout. It packs a crazy punch for such a light and agile 'mech, and I have outbrawled Firestarters with it. Definitely the most fun I have had in a Mist Lynx.

    May go for this instead.

Then again I am not a fan of cERSL, but CSPL is great.
