    A Light Mech with a BFG, that fires in Ultra-Burstmode, comboed by a Set of Backuplasers with a respectable Range. And all this Firepower at a Speed of 100+kph! Ow dear, don`t let this little Bugger sneak up on you from behind. Or you might get a second A**hole and maybe even a third and a fourth etc etc..! :rofl:

    I like the idea, but it only has 7 shots of ac20 ammo (5 ammo per burst). Downgrade the 20 maybe?

    ...or downgrade 2 ERML to 2 ERSL and get 1t free for another 35 Bullets. I would keep the BFG, because of the purpose of Shredding Metal. ;)

    I liked the uac20+2erml, but 2 tons ammo just wasn't enough, esp with the burst fire. Might try it with 2ersl's but then I think the range will bug me. Think I'll be turning the D variant into a srm or streakboat with A arms.

    2tons of Ammo can run out in longer battles, but honestly how many chances do you have to fire the BFG in this light Mech? You would lose the 1on1 fight against bigger Mechs anyways, if they return fire.

    It's rather thought to be a Finisher Option in the second half of the match with well aimed shots. Let the bigger dudes open up Armor on enemies while you are scouting + observing the battlefield. At the End you hunt down the broken ones. Besides even if you shot away all rounds you still have some Lasers to keep on fighting. It's really like a Mini.Version of the BFG-Hunchback/Blackjack. And if you want more Bullets to shoot you still can downgrade the Cannon to a '10. :)

    Speaking personally, I prefer the UAC10 version for preformance. Having three tons of ammo and still having 3 ERMLs is just so much better for me.

    That said...hellz yeah it was fun toting that UAC20 around and backstabbing people! Glad I at least did it a few times before changing to the 10.

    2 tons of uac ammo run out in no time, not just in longer fights

    for clan ac's i usually take 4 tons of ammo and even then you can run out

    so for your build i would go like this:


    its not an uac20, but you still pack a punch for a light (ktx can run the same build with 3smll, less ammo and ecm)

    i will definately have to try this

    I like this set up. I did one change though... took out the CERML on the other arm and just left it as armour fodder.... and added another ton of CUAC20 ammo. The two left and right CERML's has enough after punch after a volley of CUAC20 shells to do the job.. and gives me lasers in the body in case the arms are toated... it did very well in my first few matches with it... I Like it.... My Adder actually is staying in the fight now. woooo hooooo

    I prefer just the 1x cERML and 3t of UAC/20 ammo but it certainly works when played correctly.



    Poke with the cERML when able then jump in and execute with a double tapped UAC/20 :D

    Do you think that the fixed equipment on the Clan mechs will get removed then?
    Would make the Adder a bit better, that's for sure!

    I do not see them removing the fixed slots, also the adder has it fixed in the TableTop game if I remember right (not in a pod) - it was designed to have that flamer.

    Also, don't forget to take BOTH proper ballistic arms to get all the quirk goodies.

    It's kinda like an executioner. I have an Adder on an alt account, and I'm thinking about buying one in my main. This will probably work like a smaller, faster Hunchie.

    This Adder bangs. Jam, cd, and ammo quirks to good use. Noticed that i had lowererd armor to fit in another ton of ammo, i don't advise that but cut a laser in the left arm and the armor there and you'll fit it. Works great.
    Highest dmg after a few games: 1050
