Just as effective as you would expect from an Ilya with 20 extra tons and 1 more ballistic mount

 

This is what I settled on for the Mauler. Except I run a STD280. Very consistent.

 

This build just doesn't stop shooting! Rocked this loadout all through elite skills and still rolling even after I mastered this variant. My fav for the MAL-1P
