Since no one is doing this now I will post this soemtimes, when I remember. TL;DR - New Redone Caustic Valley. - Cbills Shadowcats - Deployed Crabs (not the kind you get from your girlfriend) - Deployed Loyalty Mechs 2015 - Black Knight Hitbox tweak, with less CT. - Finally, good for the newbies. THAT FUCKING 3PV PIECE OF SHIT IS DEFAULT TO BE "OFF" My thoughts: Crabs are ok, there are minor visual difference between models also. Simply put: ML crab, 3x LLcrab, 3x ERLL crab, MPL crab with JJ. Loyalty mechs, it is actually quite interesting to see that some thoughts are put into these. They provide different flavor to those chassis. Cicada: Jump sniper cicada with ERPPC Wolverine: IS MASC, for the first time in forever. Heavily ammo based though. Zeus: Seems like a decent brawler. Nothing special here. Nova: missile right arm. Unfortunately there is only 1M. If it is 2M hardpoint things would be more fun. Executioner: ballistic right arm. Makes for more concentrated ballistic builds to go with RT ballistic hardpoints where the left side can shield.
They *are* fun, however. Heh. I like my Crabs... ... That didn't come out right. Wolverine is not great. MASC is bad. As someone else said in another thread, without MASC the 7D is just a sub-par 6R. Didn't look at the Zeus or the Flying Cicada. None of my Clan playing friends like that Nova.
That is why I say 1M is not useful with the nova. Find wolverine hard to use, the crabs are great so far on average. Tried a nutjob 2x ERPPC cicada jump sniper. It is fun, but rather hot. even with 6 DHS. But if you can snipe it is decent low tonnage platform.
Just swap out whatever you want. I go PRIME RA, and leave the Loyalty LA. 6x cSPL and 1x cUAC5. It's a beaut.
You can do that anyways then even without the new parts. So the chassis variant is moot except for the paintjob. Mind as well run the classic PPC builds or SPL builds.
