5/5, I've been using an almost exact version, fantastic Mech. It started as a 2x PPC, 2x AC/5 with an XL 300, which is pretty good by itself, but once I unlocked the Speed Tweak I upgraded to Ultras... and never looked back.
Definitely brings the boom. Acts pretty well at fire suppression if you get your salvos up and running first, since even mechs that are confident facing down some daka usually think twice when the lightning starts coming as well.
This build seems to better fit my playstyle a bit more...Med/Long or shorter seems to favor this build a bit better. I've had better success with it than some of the other things I've tried; Though I'm using vanilla AC5's with this.
